Content Coordinator
Served as a resource to the creative department, managing the day-to-day creative workflow within a number of projects and new-business pitches

Wrote, produced and planned video for GDOT’s media channels.
Organized client’s idea and manages designer from ideation to press.
Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of creative projects (e.g., Brand, Creative Strategies, Design Projects, Photo & Film Projects & Web), ensuring that deliverables meet scope, timelines, quality, and budget requirements
Liaison between agency and third-party vendors.
Ensures that department is in procurement compliance with the State of Georgia and that vendors are paid on time.
Proofed all creative and ensures brand guidelines are being met as well as making sure changes have been made correctly by design team
Trafficked our external and internal “Work Zone Safety” Campaign to guarantee daily tasks and timeline were met.
Raised customer satisfaction for Creative Services from 65 percent to 100 percent.
