Content Coordinator

  • Served as a resource to the creative department, managing the day-to-day creative workflow within a number of projects and new-business pitches

  • Worked closely with Director of Creative Operations and other project managers to review and discuss team bandwidths when new projects arise

  • Scheduled workstreams and meetings to allow teams to collaborate and keep workflow moving through the system, obtaining sign offs from project owners/ stakeholders on all key project deliverables

  • Wrote, produced and planned video for GDOT’s media channels.

  • Organized client’s idea and manages designer from ideation to press.

  • Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of creative projects (e.g., Brand, Creative Strategies, Design Projects, Photo & Film Projects & Web), ensuring that deliverables meet scope, timelines, quality, and budget requirements

  • Liaison between agency and third-party vendors.

  • Ensures that department is in procurement compliance with the State of Georgia and that vendors are paid on time.

  • Proofed all creative and ensures brand guidelines are being met as well as making sure changes have been made correctly by design team

  • Trafficked our external and internal “Work Zone Safety” Campaign to guarantee daily tasks and timeline were met.

  • Raised customer satisfaction for Creative Services from 65 percent to 100 percent.
